Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced, motivated and innovative Telesales Specialists to join our client’s new company based in Brighton and help them grow. More importantly, they will help you grow along the way.
Job Description of a Telesales Specialists:
- Calls prospective customers based on prepared listings provided and source new potential customers.
- Provides information about products and services by following a prepared sales pitch to potential customers.
- Makes appointments for follow up calls.
- Maintains and updates customer contact details in the sales database.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and completing required sales reports.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Days of work: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm
Salary: £8.25/hr + Uncapped commission (OTE between £24-£30K)
- Minimum 1-year telesales experience required
- Must be able to speak and write exceptionally fluent English
- Prior experience within the sales/insurance industry is required
