Our home in Worthing has five bedrooms and provides a high standard of care and support for young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

Our shifts reflect this.

In general our shifts are 24 hours starting at 8 or 9 am through to the next day with a sleep in.

If you are working full time, this would be 3 days a week. Weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year will be worked on a rota basis.

The Support worker role in Worthing is for 39 hours a week with 5 weeks holiday. Applicants should have, or be willing to work towards, QCF/NVQ3.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references. References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
