Call Center Specialists
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Call Center Specialists who can clearly communicate, are highly motivated and can provide outstanding results.
The role is based in a busy and friendly office in Brighton, Sussex and is for an immediate start.
As a Call Center Specialist, you will serve as a first point of contact with new and existing customers, verify customer information, answer inquires and questions and provide accurate information regarding warranty and insurance services.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm
Pay: £8.25/hr (£15,000 increasing to £17,000 after 3 months’ probation period) + uncapped commission.
Responsibilities of a Call Center Specialist:
1.Perform outbound sales calls in a professional manner at all times.
2.Ensures that all calls are handled in an expedited and efficient manner accurately and courteously.
4. Maintain an upbeat tone of voice when responding to customers throughout the entire call.
5. Regulary meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
