Badenoch + Clark has been engaged by a global business in Crawley to recruit a strategic HR Business Partner to cover a period of maternity leave. Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will work as part of a strong HR team to support the business on all people related topics.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Work with the recruitment team to ensure the strategies are effective in terms of acquiring the appropriate talent.
*Manage internal mobility effectively and support employees' career progression and development.
*Propose and implement employee retention initiatives to foster employee and organisational engagement.
*Advise both management and employees on Learning & Development, people development, people review, talent management and career development topics.
*Deploy a reward strategy to make sure employees are rewarded fairly and competitively.
*Act as the performance improvement driver and drive organisational change.
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience working in an HR BP role within a fast paced international organisation.
*Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation.
*Strong HR generalist expertise with a focus on Compensation (managing complex salary review and bonus schemes) and UK Labour law.
*Excellent communication and analytical skills.
