Sponsor Sales Executive
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Sponsor Sales Executive to work for a company based in central Brighton for an immediate start.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role, a good understanding and knowledge of Brighton night life and Brighton’s music trends.
A passion for music is a must!
This position isn’t a casual 9-5. You will work independently and work your own hours.
You will need to be available to attend events (Gigs, festivals and corporate events) during the week and the weekend to represent the company.
Role:
- Build and maintain close relationships with all key agencies and direct clients.
- Successfully negotiate business on behalf of the company, know the competition and maintain control of negotiations
- Effectively communicate all components of sales to internal management
- Analyse potential problems and recommend solutions to management team
- Business to business sales, and superior management of both large and small accounts
- Prospecting development of new sales opportunities
- Creation of client-focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals, and ensuring client needs are met
Skills:
- Highly motivated and creative individual
- Committed to building and developing new relationships
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Amazing persuasion skills
Education/ Qualification:
- Experience in the same role or sales experience, with experience in media preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Successful track record working with major accounts
- Web sales, and CRM experience is a plus
- Knowledge in the following industries, radio, digital, marketing, advertising is preferable
