This South-Coast based organisation have thousands of users consuming critical business information via their Pricing Team in this data rich environment, where actionable insight and data driven decisions are part of their culture.

In this newly created department, they're looking for you, a Pricing Analyst with a passion for numbers and problem-solving to work within the Pricing team to maintain and enhance existing model in a team of 10 professionals. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you'll be pivotal in in developing pricing models on both new and existing products for this reputable household name.

Your New Team:

All about the culture? You'll work in a department who really know their stuff, who're all experts in their niche - although you don't need previous pricing or insurance experience to be considered to work in this close-knit squad.

You'll need to be happy doing what might be considered as repetitive tasks, so if you're easily bored or want to progress within 6-12 months into a senior role, this isn't the job for you.

• With 1m customers to serve, you'll be kept extremely busy, but internal customers are just as important. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, the wider business Monitor and analyse market rates and identify strategies and tactics to improve market share and new business profitability.

Who Are You?

• Ideally 2-3 years of Insurance or Pricing experience
• An Excel whizz, VBA's & Macro's are no stranger to you
• You'll have the desire to bring ideas to life whilst making business recommendations
• You'll be cool under pressure and confident enough to work independently with minimal support
• Someone who loves solving a problem; you'll conduct complex analyses e.g. root cause, productiveness and performance testing. Report your findings to enable continuous improvement of our clients pricing data.
