K&T Heating, Part of the Sureserve Group, provides gas compliance services for local authority and housing associations and are looking to employ fully qualified Gas Engineers to work around Brighton carrying out servicing & repairs to heating/plumbing systems in residents homes. You will attend all calls allocated to you inside target times, reporting any delays as required to our call centre.

Ideal candidates will have experience of servicing and repairing domestic boilers and fires within social housing properties. A good knowledge of a range of gas appliances including boilers and fires and the ability to achieve a high first-time fix rate is required. You will have the relevant ACS qualifications and a full UK driving licence.

You will carry out heating maintenance works on a variety of domestic local authority properties across the region. Updates on the progress of work will need to be communicated by completing the required paperwork electronically or manually. You will ensure that appropriate measures are in place to protect company, resident and client property at all times, Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments etc must be adhered to at all times.
