Academic Programme Assistant
Based on our Falmer vibrant campus with access to the sports centre and library, you will work closely with another colleague to provide an efficient and effective administrative service to specific academic programme areas in the school and undertake the administration of a range of undergraduate awards. This will involve being the first point of contact in relation to the current student body and staff team, and supporting the preparation of course documentation.
High level, demonstrable administrative and general office skills are essential, as is proven experience of course administration and implementation of effective office processes and proven experience of using a record system, preferably SITS, are essential.
The post is fixed term to cover a period of maternity leave and the hours are to be worked in agreement with the line manager between core hours of 08:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Interviews will be held in the week commencing 15 July 2019.
We anticipate that interviews will take place during week commencing 15th July, the exact date is yet to be finalised.
