Quality Assurance Technician
Lancing, East Sussex
£21,000 per annum + benefits

THE ROLE:
*
Support the production team in the day to day operation of the mould shop, and automated production plan ensuring tasks are completed within allocated timescale
*
Regularly update the QC Team Leader on pending actions, completed project or any quality related production issues
*
Report on processes that are proven to be troublesome or unproductive
*
Conduct ISIR on components as requested by QC Team Leader
*
Day to day production verification tasks including life testing and wall testing following documented procedures
*
Conduct goods inwards inspection as required
*
Liaise with production on any quality issues that arise and agree actions to move forward maintain written records outlining decisions and action agreed
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
*
GCSE Level Education
*
Experience within an inspection role
*
Confident and assertive
*
Pro-active, hands-on approach
*
Adaptable / flexible approach to work
*
Excellent communication skills
*
