GENERAL MANAGER WANTED FOR A BEAUTIFUL FRENCH RESTAURANT IN BRIGHTON!

Are you a bubbly character, with a passion for food, a vast amount of restaurant experience and great leadership skills?

Rock Recruitment has partnered up with a high profile French Restaurant in Brighton, looking for a Restaurant Manager for their well established venue.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge and wishes to be in a business that has a great reputation in the city.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with French cuisine (although this is not essential) , previous experience managing a restaurant and proven ability to manage a team.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be required to: 

- Manage the day to day running of the restaurant

- Create Rotas

- Help with the training and development of new staff

- Ensure service is ran correctly
