Job Description

As a member of the Professional Services team, the Project Manager provides leadership for the implementation and deployment of software to large enterprise clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Our Project Managers manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating virtual teams made up from colleagues with diverse specialist expertise and roles, dispersed over various locations globally
• Responsible for the day to day relationship with customers from point of sale to transition to the Customer Support team, functioning as a liaison between the client, professional services and product development teams
• Plan, monitor and control the progress of projects and ensure the quality delivery of the product with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This involves planning customer specific engagements, managing the gathering of business requirements, compliance with internal procedures, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks
• Partner with clients to understand their needs and set clear expectations of project deliverables
• Work with Professional Services leadership in maintaining good governance of projects and be responsible both internally and externally for all communications regarding aspects of the project (status, risks, financials, issues, scope, schedule etc.)
• Leverage your strong project management acumen to collaborate with team members to proactively establish, implement and institutionalize delivery best practices

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Extensive exposure to creating and managing to tight project timelines for large enterprise level projects. Managing budgets, scope, delivery and change management from project initiation through delivery and closeout
• A proven ability to lead diverse and dispersed teams. This includes the ability to drive customers and colleagues toward challenging goals while maintaining positive and productive relationships
• Independent, pro-active and a self-starter with the discipline to ensure standard processes and methodologies are followed by the project team
• A clear and rational thinker under pressure who can balance multiple demands from stakeholders at all levels and meet deadlines
• Project Management Certifications strongly desired
• Exposure to the staffing software industry a plus
• A desire to learn new technology and pro-actively seek out that knowledge
