Maintenance Technician

£17,473 - £18,000 per annum                        

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The post will be subject to work on a shift rota, and will receive additional allowance of 12% to the annual salary.

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance and development of the Chichester campus, including a number of satellite sites.

You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and preferably have a Level 2 or higher in a building services trade.  

A full driving licence is essential.

You will also have experience within a maintenance or building service environment and be able to work as part of a team using initiative and demonstrate a flexible and pro-active approach to work.
