Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Call Centre Manager to work in Brighton for an immediate start.

Experience within the same role is essential.

Main duties:

  • Managing a team of 50 people +
  • Making sure the team are reaching their targets
  • Providing and organising training
  • Assisting with handling calls when needed
  • Managing employee time and process payroll

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven ability to train, coach and motivate for performance and drive customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise important tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

Monday to Friday
