Call Centre Manager
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Call Centre Manager to work in Brighton for an immediate start.
Experience within the same role is essential.
- Managing a team of 50 people +
- Making sure the team are reaching their targets
- Providing and organising training
- Assisting with handling calls when needed
- Managing employee time and process payroll
- Proven ability to train, coach and motivate for performance and drive customer satisfaction
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise important tasks
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
