Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced registered manager for a large elderly EMI residential home in Crawley, West Sussex. This home provides care to elderly frail/ dementia residents in a purpose built environment as well as providing care to those with a physical disability and or sensory impairments.

About the Role

As the registered manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the service, ensuring high standards are met throughout the home and the companies' values are adhered to.

Role Responsibility

• CQC Registered
• Ensuring high standards of care
• Managing budgets and finance
• Recruitment and retention of staff
• Improving CQC rating

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Current CQC Registered Manager of a compliant home
• Experience of managing large services 50 beds +
• Troubleshooting/ turnaround experience

A very attractive salary on offer for this role up to £65,000 as we want the very best you MUST fit the above criteria
