As we continue to rapidly expand, we are hiring an E-Learning Specialist to be responsible for providing technical expertise to assist professional work groups in the redevelopment and creation of e-learning videos and content, you will support projects internally and be responsible for tasks and assignments associated with the development of training whilst educating our customers and partners across our global markets in becoming experts in our product suite.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

E-learning Design

  • Creates/Revises/Maintains e-learning working with the Education team to design and develop content and ideas
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning 
  • Upload and configure e-learning content into Brandwatch Help Centre

Multimedia and Graphic design

  • Creating multimedia products using a variety of software programs
  • Delivering products on-time with minimal defects
  • Capture, manipulate and edit digital imagery, video and incorporate graphics, and effects
  • Capture, manipulate and edit sound 
  • Create images and animations that identify a concept or convey a message
  • Work with our Design team to support the development of graphics, fonts and colours to be in line with Brandwatch
  • Incorporate changes recommended by internal and external clients

Required Skills:

  • Collaboration with internal teams, external teams, and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills
  • Strong editing, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Cloud suite and PowerPoint

Experience:

  • 2  years of demonstrated experience as an e-learning developer

Education:

  • Degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or instructional design, or a related field in training development
