Red Flag Recruitment are looking for an experienced and self-driven candidate to join our client’s friendly team, you will be responsible for the followings:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers (approx. 50-100 calls daily).
  • Answer any customer queries or questions.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPI’s.

This is a Monday to Friday role 10.00am-6.00pm

Salary: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission, staff incentives and prizes.

Required

  • Proven experience as Telesales/Customer Service representative.
  • Previous working experience related to sales and/or customer service.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets/KPI’s.
  • Ability to learn about products and services.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.

Skills

  • Minimum of 1-years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to perform in a busy environment.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and organised.
  • Customer oriented and passionate about delivery excellent service.
