NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to develop their skills, knowledge and experience of contentious disputes. You will work for the Head of the Department and a partner together with an extended team in other offices, assisting with their caseloads and providing support from instruction to post trial. The role will include being responsible for managing incoming telephone calls, liaising and updating clients and speaking to opponents, assisting with drafting documents, carrying out research and providing administrative support to the team on a day to day basis. Excellent telephone and communication skills are therefore essential.

Client care is paramount in this role along with excellent administration and organisational skills. My client are looking for individuals who are able to work as part of a team and who are comfortable following processes and procedures to establish deadlines. Previous experince or knowledge or pre-action protocols and litigation experience would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to organise and co-ordinate well, be able to work under pressure whilst possession excellent communication and attention to detail skills.

To be considered, you will offer a strong academic background, ideally some experience gained within a city or regional law firm with focus on dispute resolution and a clear and demonstrable passion for dispute resolution with interest in developing a career within this area of law.
