Call Centre & Office Work

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking confident and highly motivated candidates to join a growing company based in Portslade, Sussex.
Your day to day role will involve outbound calling to new and existing customers and assisting them with the set-up of insurance and warranty cover on their household white goods and appliances.

Previous sales/call center/telephone experience is required.
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm
Salary: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous call centre/sales experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong customer service skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Committed to achieving and maintaining high standards
- Must be reliable and respect company policy and procedures at all times
