Help us deliver an education revolution.
As Director of Governance, you will be central to everything we do as you’ll provide strategic, advisory and administrative support to the governing body. Championing excellence in corporate governance, you will closely partner the Board in decision-making, recruit and induct new Board members, advise on procedure and best practice, and maintain detailed and accurate records.
Educated to degree level, you will join us with extensive experience of administering Boards and committees, plus have a deep understanding of the relevant legal framework. Naturally, you should be adept at organising meetings and activities, preparing agendas, taking minutes and drafting reports, and you will bring excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
However, it’s your determination to set new standards in everything we do that will matter most, alongside your passion for innovation and finding creative solutions to governance issues. A true ambassador for the College Group, you will share our dedication to improving lives and outcomes – and be ready to deliver some revolutionary thinking whenever we need it.
In order to demonstrate our appreciation and show recognition, we offer an exceptional range of exceptional staff benefits. Full details can be found on our website.
This post is subject to a DBS check.
