£25,000 - £27,000pa

Brighton
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5pm

Are you looking for a dynamic and varied office-based role?

Do you have strong organisational and excellent interpersonal skills?

If so we have a fantastic opportunity working front of house on a busy reception desk, the role is looking after visitors, assisting with all office management duties and ensuring smooth running of the business.

This is a unique role; the ideal candidate must be confident and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Responsibilities
* Reception duties
* Meeting and greeting
* Diary management
* Providing general office support, this includes general office maintenance, IT support, printing, scanning and photocopying
* Taking bookings for the conference and meeting rooms using the database to record information on activity
* Booking refreshments and organising any external catering as required
* Setting up conference and meeting rooms according to details submitted on the booking form and provide IT support
* Organising general building maintenance, i.e plumbers, electrical/lights etc
* Coordinating the activity of the internal maintenance support
* Invoicing
* Updating the web pages

Skills Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and to be able to work confidently on own initiative
* Analytical skills and attention to detail
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Signing for parcels and distribution of post
* Greeting visitors
* Some invoicing on a software package is desirable
