Red Flag Recruitment are looking for personable and experienced Telesales Professionals to join our clients expanding team in Portslade, Sussex.
As a Telesales Professional, you will provide expert advice and information to potential and existing customers regarding insurance and warranty products and services on offer to them.
Previous experience within the following roles is 100% required;
Customer Service/Sales/Call Center/ Telesales.
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10.00am - 6.00pm
Salary: Basic £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission (OTE up to £27,000)

Responsibilities of a Telesales Professional:
- Generating and qualifying sales leads from outbound cold calling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Updating customer records
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone
- Exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
