Vacancy: Project Surveyor
Location: Brighton
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor to work with a privately owned construction company within their residential sector.
Your new employer:
Our client is a well-recognised regional contractor who has recently secured a large residential scheme close to Brighton.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Project Surveyor you will be responsible for but not limited to;
Managing the cost plans alongside the Surveying Manager from the beginning of the project through to completion
Liaising and building relationships with the supply chain, consultants and clients
Helping ensure that the project & site team achieve cost & time targets
Carrying out valuations & reports for timescales & targets
Requirements:
The right candidate will be a qualified Surveyor with relevant commercial skills and experience including the ability to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management
