Job Title: Client Services Team Leader

Our client is looking for a talented customer service professional to fulfil the role of Client Services Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reporting on customer driven SLA Performance for all individuals.
  • Improving individual and team performance through positive management.
  • Ensuring 'Performance and Development Reviews' take place in line with company policies and timelines.
  • Ensuring all reporting team members are compliant with their ISO procedures and enforce the regular updating/auditing and familiarisation of these procedures in line of the business requirements.
  • Proactively work to improve business processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with the National Field Manager and Area Managers to develop good working relationships with all department heads and ensure excellent working relationships between the field and the office are developed and maintained.
  • Oversee and manage feedback and complaints procedures.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of staff in conjunction with HR.
  • Act as main point of contact with any assigned customers dealing with queries, issues, collating information and attending meetings.

Requirements:

  • Management or Team Leader experience essential in a customer facing role.
  • Experience of working to deadlines in a pressured environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanour.
  • Ability to always demonstrate flexibility, diplomacy and patience.
  • Excellent proven customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Pro-activity and the ability to think creatively.
  • PC literacy with good use of Microsoft Office applications including database experience
