Job Details

We are currently seeking a qualified Customer Service and Sales Warranty Coordinator who is looking to join a fast paced, dynamic company and share our vision of customer service.

This position is permanent full time and will operate from our head office located in Brighton and Hove.

Key Purpose and Functions:

  • Grow business sales through outbound direct marketing.
  • Provide outstanding customer support.
  • Manage and administer the customer warranty process.
  • Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team.

 

 

To be successful in this position it is essential that you possess:

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service.
  • Outstanding phone and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Outstanding service levels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.

 

 

You will also:

  • Provide a high level of support, with a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Be proactive, hardworking and dedicated to providing a solution to any task at hand focusing on system and reporting improvements.
  • Possess excellent time management skills, have a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, are flexible and adaptable, and you work well independently and as part of a team.
