The sun is shining and things are hotting up!!!!!!!!!!

We are recruiting for Chef de Parties at the moment but we want to hear from all grades of CHEFS who are interested in temporary work for forthcoming work in Hotels, Restaurants and Pubs in Brighton and Hove.

We want Sous Chefs who have the desire to work their way up to Head Chef position, for Chef de Parties who want to progress to Sous Chef level and Commis chefs who are hungry to advance to Chef De Partie level.

We also want to hear from Chefs who also have some experience with Pastry.

We are looking for chefs with passion, flair and creativity. It would be very beneficial if the chefs have had prior rosette or fine dining exprience, but is not essential.
