We are looking for service engineers with an electro-mechanical background. You shall receive full product training and a fantastic overall package. You will be working for the retail technology division of an innovative global technology company

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as per rota.

Field Service Engineer

Location: Horsham / Crawley(with extensive travel)

Salary: £26,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + 25 days holiday

Responsibilities:

- Repairs on specific company products (Full training and support given)

- Manage customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction

- Pre-preventative and Reactive service and maintenance on retail technology products: electronic scales, mechanical slicers, label printers, Wrappers, etc.

- Complete digital and paper administration duties efficiently and effectively

- Manage stock and self-auditing processes including vehicle upkeep
