As a Telesales Professional, your number one objective is to assist new and existing customers to ensure they receive the best service for them.
You will do this by establishing a strong relationship with them, building rapport and using a consultative sales approach recommending the most appropriate products based on their unique needs.
Location: Portslade by Sea, Sussex.
Office hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm
Pay: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission and Staff incentives for exceeding targets.
- Make outgoing sales calls to established customer base.
- Answer customer questions and overcome objections.
- Utilise basic outbound scripts and training knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly goals set by the Team Manager.
- Support team members and maintain a positive attitude.
- Hit minimum daily call requirements
- Use and master required technology for role success.
- Minimum 2 years Telesales experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management
- Resilient and highly motivated
