Red Flag Recruitment are seeking target driven individuals to join our client’s friendly team based in Portslade by Sea.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to earn a base salary plus uncapped commission through the development of new sales leads and the growth of existing business.

Previous experience within a call center or telesales environment is key.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives by proactively prospecting, developing and selling to a new and existing database of customers.  
  • Plan and organise time effectively to allow an optimal frequency of sales calls per day, ideally 80-100.
  • Professional communication with customers and team members.
  • Ability to remain objective in busy situations.
  • Respond to customer questions and inquiries.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s sales experience.
  • Self-motivated to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
