Introduction

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Executive / Solicitor to join an established and progressive Law Firm based in Eastbourne.

Ideally you will have 4 years’ post qualified experience and have dealt with a range of litigation disputes.

The Job

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Core Activities, Duties and Key Tasks

The department provides advice across a range of contentious issues including commercial, civil and property litigation. Clients include local businesses and HNW individuals with claims ranging from small County Court claims to High Court matters.

Qualifications/Experience:

* CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practise or equivalent (essential)

* The successful candidate should be commercial and demonstrate an ability to advise a range of clients and deal with delicate and emotional situations
