Administration Manager
We have a great opportunity for an Administration Manager to join a team within a successful Shopping Centre in Horsham.
This key position will report to the Centre Manager and manage key financial / administration management, delivery including: -
* Service charge budget Administration / Management delivery (to support the preparation
* Management of site cash handling processes / policies
* Prepare quarterly service charge budget reports
* Monitoring of site expenditure
* Data capture / report on footfall data
* Management of insurance administration
* Management of office communications (IT / Phones)
* Management of part time administrator
This is a key role for the scheme and candidates will hold proven Office Management experience, along with strong IT, Budget control & software experience.
