To manage the achievement of outstanding, efficient service by inspiring, developing and supporting your team to surpass performance targets.

You will:

Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding service to our customers

Manage, develop and motivate your team to perform to the best of their ability

Work alongside your team to meet and beat seasonal performance targets whilst recognising and nurturing talent

Make sound commercial decisions through data analysis, market and competitor awareness to keep the store on-trend and profitable

Skills and Qualifications You Have

1. Experience of leading and coaching people within a similar role
2. Experience of dealing with people issues
3. Experience of problem-solving, decision making, and planning and organising
4. Ability to analyse and interpret financial and statistical data
