Senior PMO Resource Capacity Planning Manager / Worthing / £60,000-£70,000

I'm working with a Financial Software company based in Worthing who require a Resource Capacity Planning Manager to join their PMO team at a Senior level.

Working with and supporting the Head of PMO, you will implement and manage a new function to support the IT Division's management of technology projects across the group. You will be responsible for administering and managing the resouce capacity planning for the IT devision using a range of tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise existing data and develop new tools and methodologies to manage capacity planning for IT projects
• Evaluate existing resourcing requirements to identify areas for optimisation
• Build trusting relationships with delivery leads and Project Managers to effectively plan and forecast resources
• Support onboarding process for contract and permanent hires
• Plan and monitor delivery of the project portfolio

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous experience in an Enterprise Technology focused PMO role
• Experience in Capacity Management and Resource Planning
• Strong understanding of resource management tools and methodologies
• Strong undertanding of Excel and data modelling tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with PMs across the business
• Strong attention-to-detail, organisational and planning skills
