Red Flag Recruitment are looking for self-motivated, professional and confident Telesales Agents to join a friendly, growing team in our client’s Portslade office.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service and have the hunger and drive to what to grow and process within the company.
Job Responsibilities of a Telesales Agent:
- Perform outbound calls prospective new customers on company database records.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Pay: £10.00/hr + Uncapped commission + Staff incentives.
Qualifications of a Telesales Agent:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is required.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-starter, results oriented and coachable
- Well-organised, with high attention to detail.
- Must be able to speak and write exceptionally fluent English.
- Superior communication skills both verbal and written.
