Job Details

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking target driven individuals to join a up and coming company based in Hove, Sussex.

We are looking for Call Center Sales Specialists who can clearly communicate with new and existing customers and provide clear product information and assistance that produces customer satisfaction.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm

Rate of Pay: £8.25/hr - Basic starting at £15,000/annum + Uncapped commission.

Responsibilities of a Call Center Sales Specialist:

  • Perform outbound sales calls in a professional manner at all times.
  • Work on many campaigns, including insurance and warranty policies and RTA claims.
  • Ensures that all calls are handled in an expedited and efficient manner accurately and courteously.
  • Ensures use of professional language and grammar.
  • Maintains an upbeat tone of voice when responding to customers throughout the entire call.
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of all company policies and practices.
  • Maintains a professional customer service focus at all times.

Skills Required:  

  • 2+ years Telesales or call center experience
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Possess ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
