Are you looking for a varied administrative role where no 2 days are ever the same?

Are you organised, enthusiastic and looking to work for a fun and friendly team?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for pro-active individual to assist with coordinating and offering admin support to a busy office based in Haywards Heath.

Duties will include:
* Comprehensive admin support for the membership team
* Dealing with customer queries via telephone, email and letter
* Booking meeting rooms and travel
* Supporting the finance team with raising PO's and processing invoices
* Supporting the marketing team with email marketing campaigns and proof reading the monthly newsletter.

You will also get the opportunity to attend events and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Happy to get stuck in and support other departments where required
* Able to work to your own initiative as well as within a team
The role is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract, 5 days a week with a salary of £18,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
