Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking an experienced Chef to join a company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
The Chef will be responsible, but not limited to, all operations of the kitchen on a daily basis. This is to include the managing of food ensuring that product presentation, execution, timing and quality of food is upheld. You will also be responsible of maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, safety and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
This is a part time temporary role (Weekday shifts)
Pay: £10.89/hr – Weekly pay
Essential Requirements of the Chef:
- Minimum of two years chef/kitchen management experience.
- DBS/CRB certificate is preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Be organised, self-motivated, proactive, a have strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team.
- A strong understanding of Food & Beverage preparation techniques and Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise work load, in a deadline driven, demanding environment.
