Job Details

Red Flag Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven candidates to join a friendly office based in Portslade, Sussex.

As a Call Center Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting new and potential customers and advising them on suitable insurance and warranty cover packages and services on their household goods and electrical appliances.

A successful Call Center Outbound Sales Agent must be resilient, highly motivated and target driven. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with rejection and complaints.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm

Pay: £10.00/hr (£19,500/annum) + Uncapped commission.

Responsibilities of a Call Center Outbound sales Agent:

  • Cold call new and existing customers.
  • Use scripts to provide information about insurance and warranty policies and present the benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Update customer’s personal information accurately.
  • Always meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.

Requirements of a Call Center Outbound Sales Agent:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Proven experience in within a sales/customer service role is required
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
