Fundraising and Volunteer Manager

A great new opportunity has arisen to join our award winning local charity to assist in the creation of the strategy and delivery of our fundraising and volunteer recruitment and engagement plans.

CTLA (Community Transport for the Lewes Area) operate a fleet of wheelchair accessible minibuses to deliver a range of transport services, assisting independent living and contributing to reducing social isolation and loneliness within the local community.  We aim to fit in where regular public transport fails to provide adequate or accessible transport solutions. Many of our passengers rely on these services as their only means of affordable transport and regularly comment on the CTLA minibus being their lifeline.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, great communicator with fundraising or volunteer supervisory experience to take on this exciting role. It is likely that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their understanding of the fundraising environment and have the skills to deliver on our fundraising targets with some successful experience of grant application writing. Clearly you will be a good team player and also have the initiative to work on your own in the creation and delivery of the strategy.
