A world leader in the design and manufacture of electronic systems for the chemical industry is seeking an NPI Project Manager, to join then their Eastbourne site. The company are a major global leading engineering company who are part of a business worth over £10 billion. They develop complex, high value, high speed machinery which is used in the manufacture of semiconductors.

The NPI Project Manager, Eastbourne, will manage the New Product Introduction development project and ensure new products are delivered on time and to quality and cost targets. They will also be responsible for leading a team of multi-function engineers to deliver new products to specification, budget and agreed time scales. Some of their duties include preparing project cost estimates and justifications as well as producing agreed project plans and milestones.

The New Product Introduction Project Manager will be an experienced Project Leader, familiar with electronic assembly techniques and with a proven record of planning and delivering projects on time and to budget. They will have the minimum of a degree in an engineering sector as well as 3 years in project management ideally in an electronics assembly environment. This candidate will be a good communicator and be able to plan projects based on time scales given by lead engineers in the team
