Additional Support Team Leader
Ref: CW5265C
£26,724 – 29,210 per annum, plus £610 Crawley Weighting allowance per annum.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
As an Additional Support Team Leader you will:-
- identify and co-ordinate in class support for students with learning difficulties/disabilities;
- be jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of the provision supporting the students and all team members;
- advise teams on support strategies;
- deliver training on support strategies in their area of specialism.
You will have proven organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) grade C, or above, in Maths and English. You will also hold a PTLLS and degree or equivalent level in a related subject or be willing to obtain.
You will have experience of co-ordinating, motivating and leading a team, as well as working in at least one area with people with learning difficulties/disabilities/mental health/behaviours that challenge.
