Reception Manager – Gatwick North Terminal - Premier Inn

This role is a maternity cover appointment until June 2020. This unique opportunity doesn't come up often at our Gatwick North Site, our largest hotel site with over 701 bedrooms.

The success of the site is measured greatly on the guest measures driven by a highly skilled team, you’ll demonstrate consistent drive and passion for motivating, developing and leading the large team of reception team leaders and staff members. Leading by example is essential so you’ll have proven ability of team management in a guest facing environment, alongside the ability to quickly work with our systems. An excellent eye for detail is essential when it comes to delivering the brand image, quality and standard alongside showcasing excellence when it comes to working in a high volume and fast paced environment. Working with a highly experience management team this is a great chance for personal development whilst showcasing your skills.

Here, you'll build on your experience and expertise in a customer-facing role or environment with a welcoming, supportive team. Making our guests feel brilliant, through a great night's sleep, you'll oversee daily reception operations and look ahead to seeing how we can work even better. Putting the guest first, they'll be your first port of call for feedback. You'll then lead and inspire your team to deliver our good night guarantee with excellent coaching, empowering each one to go the extra mile. 

To join us, you'll ideally have hotel or hospitality industry experience in a similar role. More importantly, you'll also be passionate about customer service and maintaining and enhancing the Premier Inn brand.
