MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to work an immediate start interim contract for a Housing Association.

Working from home / remotely and covering areas of Surrey / Sussex.

This is a long-term interim role paying circa. £24 per hour.

Key Duties:

- Pre-inspect day to day responsive repairs, ensure they are correctly specified and aren't part of a more major problem. (Fire Risk may be involved)

- Ensure the contractors understand their duties and cost implications, liaise to get work done quickly and efficiently. Post inspect all completed works.

- Understand the needs of the tenant and ensure you manage their expectation of work whilst maintaining high quality service.

- Comply with elements of health and safety throughout work from pre to post inspection.

- Ensure record keeping is detailed and efficiently stored.

This is an urgent start temp job with a fantastic organisation. An ability to be strong on technical queries and deliver a high level of customer service. Relevant public sector, technical housing experience is essential, qualifications aren't essential.
