Red Flag Recruitment are currently seeking TOP Customer Sales Agents who are target driven and money hungry, if this sounds like you, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Customer Sales Agent, you will be part of a growing team within a new company based in Hove which will involve; speaking to new and potential customers over the phone offering insurance and warranty plans and packages and assisting with RTA (Road Traffic Accident) Claims and guiding customers through the claims process. You will be required to meet and exceed your sales targets and KPI’s on a daily basis.
Previous cold calling/sales experience is highly essential to be considered for this position.
A Customer Sales Agent must have the following qualities:
- Highly motivated self-starter who has a passion for sales.
- The ability to interact with customers at all levels
- Strong sales skills and a strong desire to be in the sales industry.
- Must be well organised with good planning and admin skills.
- Must be goal oriented and driven to exceed sales targets set through effective customer interaction and solution based selling approach.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10.00am – 6.00pm
Pay: Between £15,000-£18,000/annum (depending on experience) + uncapped commission.
