We are currently looking to recruit a full time Sous Chef for a Pub's Restaurant near Hayward Heath. Due to the location of our client’s hotel, you would be required to have your own transport.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £25k p/a. You will be part of a busy team that deliver excellent food, in stylish surroundings with excellent customer service.

Your role as a Sous Chef / 2nd Chef:

• Ensuring food is to an exacting standard
• Support the Head Chef
• Stock control and ordering
• Staff rotas
• Creating the seasonal specials 
• Adhere to company standards and procedures
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH laws are observed

The successful Sous will have:

• At least 2 years as a Sous Chef
• A background in a pub restaurant
• Creative talent with fresh ingredients
• Excellent technical skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• A great personality
