• SCHEME SERVICES COORDINATOR • 25 hours per week
• PERMANENT • Circa £20,000 per annum, pro rata (£14,200 per annum, working 25 hours per week)

We are looking for a caring, organised person to work as a part time Scheme Services Coordinator at Southern Housing Group. The post holder will be to supporting older people living in our sheltered housing schemes in Brighton (BN2) to help them prepare for the day ahead whatever it may hold. 

Working over 5 days, Monday to Friday, you will need to be an excellent communicator, organiser and team player with good administration skills; ideally you should have experience of coordinating and providing customer focused services within a housing or related community setting. It is an essential that you have a strong understanding of the diverse needs of the elderly.

You will have daily contact with residents, contractors and colleagues to coordinate and deliver services. This will include inspecting properties, supporting residents, ensuring the scheme is safe and secure and assisting with lettings. You will also have a big part to play in promoting and organising resident projects and activities.
