Lettings Administrator

Do you want to work in the property/lettings industry? Do you have excellent customer service and want to progress these skills?

Then this is the role for you!

Full-time Mon-Fri with working 2 Saturdays out of a month!
Driver preferable but not essential
Salary: £17,000 annual with progression

The ideal candidate would have some sales experience or really strong customer service. You will be confident, possess excellent telephone skills and be able to multi-task within a busy environment. Good computer skills are vital as is a genuine interest in the property market.

Key duties:
* Managing the property portfolio from start to finish, including advertising, inspections, rent payment and handling maintenance issues during tenancy.
* Sourcing and booking valuations
* Booking and conducting viewings
* To meet personal targets set and agreed with your Manager
* Diary management
* Customer service
