Call Center Sales Professionals
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking Call Center Sales Professionals who can clearly communicate with customers to join a growing company based in Hove.
This is a cold calling sales role so you must be comfortable with outbound calling, have previous call center/sales experience and have a passion to work within a fast-paced environment.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm
Pay: Between £15,000-£18,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission.
Responsibilities of a Call Center Sales Professional:
- Perform outbound cold calls in a professional manner at all times.
- Ensures that all calls are handled in an efficient manner accurately and courteously.
- Maintains an upbeat tone of voice when responding to customers throughout the entire call.
- Achieves and exceeds daily set sales targets and KPI’s.
Qualifications of a Call Center Sales Professional:
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, sales, telesales.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Resilient and motivated.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
