Red Flag Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Call Center Staff to join a growing company based in Hove, Sussex.

We are seeking confident call centre champions who love a challenge and are confident to make sales over the phone. If this sounds like you, Red Flag Recruitment would love to hear from you today!

You will be working on a number of campaigns, including contacting new and existing customers and assisting with RTA (Road Traffic Accident) Claims and cross selling on insurance and warranty plans.

Training is provided, but previous call center/sales experience is essential.

Top performers can earn up to £1000+ per month commission.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am – 5.30pm

Salary: Between £15,000 - £18,000 depending on experience + Uncapped commission.

Essential criteria of Call Center Staff:

  • Have excellent phone manner, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Have a high level of initiative and quick decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be target driven and highly motivated.
  • Be a team player, who can work well within a demanding environment.
  • Good administration and IT skills.
  • Previous call centre experience - particularly with outbound sales.
