Outbound Telesales Specialists

Previous sales/call center experience is required.
Working Days: 10.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: £19,500/annum + Uncapped commission.
Job description of an Outbound Telesales Specialist:
- Calls prospective customers regarding insurance and warranty policies.
- Provides information about insurance and warranty plans on white goods and appliances.
- Maintains and updates customer details in the sales database.
- Follows company policies and procedures at all times.
- Regularly achieves and exceeds sales targets/KPI’s.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales results.
- Minimum 1-year telesales/call center experience required.
- Must be able to speak and write exceptionally fluent English.
- Prior experience in customer service/or hospitality industry will be advantageous.
